Molex Tampa Bay is located just southwest of Tampa and northwest of Tampa Bay. A 350-square-foot pollinator garden welcomes employees at the entrance of Molex. Conservation objectives include planting native plants to increase diversity, improve wildlife and pollinator habitat, avoid pesticides and provide knowledge on pollinators and native plants to employees and community.

- Planted in October 2021 with the help of employees and multiple partners, the front entrance garden is comprised of native plant species that support native pollinators such as butterflies, bees and birds.
- The garden is maintained regularly and monitored for growth, blooms and survival.
- Multiple items were added, such as a bird bath and bee house, to enhance pollinator habitat further.
