Practices and Impacts
- Since 2019, the team has managed a two-acre landscaped pollinator garden planted with mostly natives. Species planted include creeping phlox, black-eyed Susan and dogwood. The team maintains the garden and monitors the vegetation.
- Since 2019, the team has also managed a 0.5-acre native grassland habitat. Results from monitoring have shown that 22 out of 25 species planted bloomed in both 2021 and 2022, indicating a healthy, thriving habitat.
