Practices and Impacts
- Since 2016, the team at Bayer have managed a 1.33-acre native plant garden here to provide habitat for pollinators and increase native plant diversity. The area is mowed, pruned and hand weeded on a monthly basis, and invasive species are removed. The team conducts plant and pollinator surveys of the habitat annually.
