ITC Holdings is the largest independent electric transmission company in the United States. The ITC Midwest warehouse is located in Iowa City, Iowa. This facility hosts a green infrastructure 840-square-foot rain garden that not only helps with stormwater runoff, but also hosts a variety of native pollinator plants to attract native pollinator species.

Practices and Impacts
- The rain garden on site hosts over 30 wetland and pollinator plant species that help improve water quality from stormwater runoff. Plants are mulched annually and weeded weekly to ensure productive growth.
- Pollinator species presence is monitored once a year and has shown this project's success via the many species seen utilizing the garden: bumble bees, black wasps, spiders, spotted cucumber beetles, leaf hoppers, flies, butterflies, moths, praying mantis, grasshoppers, Japanese beetles, dragonflies and damselflies.
