The Albemarle Corporation's Magnolia plant is located in Magnolia, Arkansas, approximately 150 miles south of Little Rock. The manufacturing plant produces bromine and bromine chemicals on its 150-acre campus. The unique artificial wetlands clean and maintain water quality, and the team maintains and monitors the artificial wetlands and surrounding habitat.

- The team completes management activities in and around the marsh habitat, including sediment management and wildlife habitat enhancement.
- Working with local high school students, the team completes management activities and monitoring activities. These include making and deploying artificial fish habitat and surveying for new plant and animal species in the habitat.
- A third party completes annual water quality monitoring for the artificial marsh.
