Practices and Impacts
- Forty acres of wetland habitat is utilized to enhance habitat for native species. The property contains a stormwater settling pond and mostly native vegetative species. Team members monitor runoff and erosion regularly.
- The site installed a food plot in the wetland to provide foraging opportunities for native white-tailed deer in the habitat. The deer are monitored using trail cameras, and visual observations and data are used to estimate population numbers.
